Dr. Cucco graduated from Dartmouth College, Phi Beta Kappa, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Poetry. He then attended Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and completed an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at the University of Chicago.

Darlene Douvris, Med Spa Manager
Darlene Douvris has enjoyed a long and outstanding career in the retail cosmetics industry. An expert in Aesthetics and Spa Management, Darlene is committed to achieving outstanding results for each and every client. Darlene began her career in cosmetics at Marshall Field's and Company and moved on to manage the Cosmetics Department at Nordstrom’s. She has also excelled as the Manager at both Saks Fifth Avenue and Kiva Day Spas.Since accepting the position as Manager of Renaissance Med Spa, Darlene has recruited a team of top talent. Our Registered Nurses, Aestheticians, Makeup Artists and others are trained and certified. Darlene has created a Spa environment where she can practice her simple, honest and straight-forward philosophy: “Genuinely get to know each client and guide them gently and carefully to the results they expect.” Darlene is passionate about obtaining excellent results. Tina Sardarov, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Tina Sardarov has been in the medical aesthetic industry for over ten years. Tina loves helping people look and feel better. She specializes in the use of Palomar Lasers and has professional skills pertaining to laser skin rejuvenation, photo facials and laser hair removal.Tina also has extensive training and experience in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, hydrofacials and other skin care treatments. Tina will educate you, as well as help you decide as to the best skin care plan. Tina exceeds her client’s expectations with the level of service and care she provides. Tina is fluent in the Russian language.
Cindy Mendez, Licensed Medical Aesthetician
Cindy Mendez is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician and is an expert with laser and skin care treatments. She enjoys helping her patients set up skin care programs that can really help them achieve the results they are looking for. Cindy’s passion for laser is intense and she is committed to getting the best results with laser hair removal and improving scarring. She also is experienced in photo facial therapy. Cindy speaks fluent Spanish and is able to assist our Spanish-speaking patients so they will feel comfortable with their treatments.
Gwen Pedersen, Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Supervisor of Laser Services
Gwen Pederson has been a Licensed Medical Aesthetician for over ten years and an expert using Palomar Lasers. Her specialty is treating rosacea with photo rejuvenation. Gwen’s personal experience with rosacea has given her a great understanding of this condition and has challenged her to master how to treat it. She is an expert in anti-aging treatments. Gwen goes above and beyond to give all her clients the best possible results.
